Traditional weaving and dyeing techniques developed in collaboration with Kyoto artisans introduce layers of color, texture, and seasonal atmosphere throughout the interior, creating guestrooms shaped by warmth, softness, and tactile depth.

Natural stone walls inspired by the geometry of castle ramparts establish a sense of permanence and grounded strength within the interior. Fireplaces integrated into sculptural compositions of stacked trunk cases anchor the rooms with symbolic moments that evoke travel, memory, and the passage of time throughout the stay.

Balancing traditional craftsmanship with a quiet sense of playfulness, the guestrooms create a hospitality experience where Kyoto’s culture is encountered through atmosphere, materiality, and the emotional experience of travel itself.
