whose distinct sensibilities
shape how we create space and experience.
Daisuke Nakagawa
Co-founder and Creative Partner
After working across interior design and architectural practices in Japan,
Daisuke co-founded SCORE in 2016.
With a sharp eye for the essence of a project,
he carefully develops cohesive concepts,
bringing attention and intensity
to every layer of a space,
from furniture to artwork.
Believing that intangible elements such as light,
wind, air, and presence
have a profound effect on the body and senses,
he creates spaces that draw out people’s subtle perception
and instinctive connection to a place,
leaving a lasting impression.
Junko Harai
Co-founder and Creative Director
Before co-founding SCORE in 2016,
Junko worked on hospitality projects
in Japan and abroad at SUPER POTATO CO., LTD.
Drawing from years of experience across hotels
and hospitality environments,
her work focuses on creating dynamic spaces
that heighten perception
through material expression,
spatial composition,
and the physical presence of form.
With a refined sensitivity developed through years of experience,
she carefully shapes every aspect of a project,
creating environments that stimulate the senses
and deepen spatial experience.
