Shared Spaces Shaped by Time
Shared spaces including a lounge, restaurant, and private garden were designed around the concept of “Time” for a residential community.
The concept explores multiple dimensions of time — the passing of hours, seasonal change, personal rhythm, and the ongoing flow of life itself. Soft materials and calm, uplifting tones were carefully layered to create an atmosphere where residents can experience each moment with comfort, clarity, and quiet richness.
The lighting design was developed around circadian rhythms, allowing the environment to gradually shift throughout the day. Changing light throughout the space supports a natural transition between activity and rest, encouraging gentle awakenings in the morning and a calm sense of relaxation in the evening.
At the entrance, a custom bronze artwork was created specifically for the project. Expanding delicately in a radial composition, the piece expresses the flow of time and the quiet sense of growth and continuity embedded within everyday life.
The lounge, restaurant, and private garden were composed as interconnected places to spend time in different ways throughout the day. Changing daylight, shifting shadows, and seasonal atmosphere quietly transform the experience of the space, creating a timeless environment that continues to reveal subtle changes over time.
